Lori and Eric Solis
The famous Big Red Tri Tip Trolley is under new ownership and has found a new headquarters with the Solis Family of Glen Ellen. Lori and Eric purchased the Tri Tip Trolley Catering and Event Business (formally known as the TIPS Roadside Trolley) and along with their daughters plus longtime family friend Tiffany Brown, will continue to offer food truck catering for private hire in Sonoma and Napa Counties.
Lori and Eric Solis are well known in the Sonoma Valley. Lori for her entrepreneurial pursuits and Eric as a general contractor and both as owners of the established Solis Construction Co., Sonoma. Now their additional collaborative pursuit is dedicated towards offering the Tri Tip Trolley as the Premier Food Trolley for Private Catering, Weddings, Pop Ups and Special Events.
